Das Letzte Lager is a German (Hamburg-based) death metal band I played for a few months with. Even since my being with the band was short because of my health issues I liked some of their songs very much. I wouldn't say many bands play something like this nowadays – the music is raw, sometimes minimalistic, yet catchy and based on very cool riffs. So, I spontaneously decided to play one of the songs from the band's first album, “Vater” (“Father”). It's a great song and I enjoyed playing it quite a lot. The part is exactly what I played during our rehearsals and I hope I forgot nothing :)
